Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This policy describes how Grupo MV processes the personal data of those who visit grupomv.global and use its contact form. It states precisely what data is collected, for what purpose, for how long and under what conditions, and does not declare any processing the site does not carry out.
Processing is governed by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326, its Regulatory Decree No. 1,558/2001 and the resolutions in force of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for the personal data collected through this site is:
- Owner: Mateo Jesús Verdelli (Grupo MV)
- CUIT (tax ID): 20-42786422-8
- Address: 9 de julio 245, Monte Buey, Province of Córdoba, Argentina
- Email: info@grupomv.global
Any query relating to this policy may be sent to the email address indicated above.
2. What data is collected and through which channel
The contact form is the only point on the site where personal data is collected. The site offers no user accounts, requires no registration, has no private area and processes no payments.
When you use the form, you provide the following data:
- Name (required).
- Email address (required).
- Company (optional).
- Unit of interest (required; selected from a predefined list).
- Project type (required; selected from a predefined list).
- Message (required; free text written by you).
We recommend including in the message only the information needed to handle your enquiry, and refraining from providing sensitive data or third-party data that is not essential.
The form includes a technical mechanism to detect automated submissions; it is neither visible nor completable by a person and collects no personal data.
3. Purpose of processing
The data provided through the form is used exclusively to:
- respond to commercial and technical enquiries;
- assess the feasibility of projects and coordinate their possible development;
- maintain the communication arising from your enquiry.
The data is not used for advertising purposes, is neither transferred nor sold, and is not used for any purpose other than those declared here.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give freely and on an informed basis when sending your enquiry, in accordance with section 5 of Act No. 25,326. Sending the form is voluntary; by sending it, you declare that you have read this policy and consent to the processing described here.
5. IP address and submission limiting
To protect the form against abuse, the server reads the IP address from which each submission is made and controls the number of submissions within a limited time window (a maximum of three submissions every ten minutes).
This processing is minimal and transient:
- the IP address is used solely as a reference to count submissions;
- it is not saved to disk, not recorded in any database and not associated with the content of the message;
- it is discarded at the end of the time window or when the server process restarts.
6. Data retention
The site has no database and does not store form submissions. Each enquiry is immediately turned into an email sent to Grupo MV's institutional inbox. Once the email is sent, the site keeps no copy.
The only persistence of your data is therefore the email received in Grupo MV's inbox, which is treated in the same way as any other communication addressed to the institution.
That email is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted, unless a legal obligation requires it to be kept longer. In all cases, data is deleted once it is no longer necessary for the purpose that motivated its collection, in accordance with section 4(7) of Act No. 25,326.
7. Recipients and data processors
Grupo MV relies on two providers for the operation of the site and the form:
- Vercel — provider of the site's hosting.
- Resend — provider of the transactional email that carries each enquiry to Grupo MV's inbox.
Both act as data processors, process the data on behalf of Grupo MV and solely to make the described service possible. Beyond these providers, the data is not shared with third parties, save at the request of a competent authority in accordance with the law.
8. International data transfer
Both Vercel and Resend operate with infrastructure located outside the Republic of Argentina. Consequently, sending the form entails an international transfer of personal data.
This transfer is necessary to provide the service you request —the receipt of and reply to your enquiry— and is carried out on the basis of the informed consent you give when sending the form, under section 12 of Act No. 25,326.
9. No cookies and no analytics tools
This site installs no first-party or third-party cookies. It uses no Google Analytics or any other measurement tool, includes no tracking pixels, displays no advertising and embeds no social-media components that track your browsing.
For this reason, the site shows no cookie banner: there would be nothing to consent to. Should any tool of this nature be introduced in the future, this policy would be updated before its implementation.
10. Automated decisions and profiling
Grupo MV makes no automated decisions that produce legal effects on you, and does not build profiles from the data collected through this site.
11. Rights of the data subject
As the data subject, you may exercise at any time the rights granted to you by Act No. 25,326:
- Access: to know what data of yours is held by Grupo MV.
- Rectification and updating: to correct inaccurate or out-of-date data.
- Deletion: to request the removal of your data where appropriate.
- Objection and confidentiality: in the cases provided for by the regulations.
To exercise them, write to info@grupomv.global, identifying yourself appropriately. Grupo MV will respond to access requests within ten calendar days, and to rectification, updating or deletion requests within five business days, in accordance with sections 14 and 16 of Act No. 25,326. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
12. Supervisory authority
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory body for Act No. 25,326, handles complaints and claims from those who consider their personal data protection rights to have been affected. You may contact it whenever you consider it necessary.
13. International visitors
Grupo MV is based in the Republic of Argentina and directs its activity from there. The site is accessible from any country but is not specifically targeted at residents of any particular foreign jurisdiction.
Regardless of where you access the site from, we grant you the rights of access, rectification and deletion over the data you have provided to us through the form. You may exercise them by writing to info@grupomv.global.
If you reside in a jurisdiction whose data protection regulations grant you additional rights, we will endeavour to address your request insofar as those regulations apply to us.
14. Minors
This site and its services are aimed at a professional, adult audience. They are not directed at minors, and their data is not knowingly collected.
15. Changes to this policy
Grupo MV may modify this policy to reflect regulatory or technical changes in the operation of the site. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its last-updated date shown in the header. Where a change substantially affects the processing of your data, we will endeavour to signal it visibly.
